Refactor PathValidator

Description

Refactor postAlgoPtah validator considering we have an Operational Mode catalog. The path shall be scanned, and for each node on the path we shall retrieve the specification of the node pointing to the right operational mode in the specification catalog.
OSNR is evaluated from the physical parameters provided with the operational mode, as well as the penalty. The end to end OSNR is evaluated and compared to the reference OSNR expected by the transceiver (Operational mode parameter).
