Currently, PMs from interfaces in Honeynode are only initialized statically at the start of a device and there is no way to modify its configuration after initialization.

As a result, it is difficult to simulate incidents happening within the devices network. 

To solve this, by using the "PM-handling" yang module, implement the RPC "pm-interact" to force PM values in a device config-file when a pm-interact rpc is exercised on the HoneyNode (rpc-action = set/clear).
_When action =set, the PM shall be set according to provided value.
_When action = clear the PM shall vbe set back to its initial value
