Write code so that HoneyNode triggers a state change on a port according to associated PM value evolution: as soon as a PM that relates to a port reaches a value that is out of the boundaries defined for its standard evolution, Honeynode shall trigger a port state change accordingly, which will be reflected in the device config file.
It shall also generate a notification of this port state change.
This is a first step of the implementation that does not include the definition of Thresholds associated with PMs and the generation of alarms when a Threshold is crossed. This last will be handled in a second step, when needed to validate Highstreet implementation of Alarms if necessary.
