 Description

An analysis is made to determine what is the best approach to reroute a service. OR white papers shall be referenced document to pursue this task.
Several approaches can be proposed highlighting their advantages and drawbacks. The main goal is to limit the development effort while keeping it sustainable (not a one shot approach to address SROL demo) :
_What is/are the most adapted existing NB API RPC to be used
_What could be the different steps (delete+create, path feasibility_check, reroute, reconfigure?...)
_Foreseen issues and impact (how do we trigger restoration from initial port-state change notification, how do we keep trace of initial path?....)
A powerpoint/word document summarizes this (could be reused for a scholar report ) and provides recommendations on the way to proceed. Jira tickets are created based on the defined steps.
