 Description

If a Netconf connector is reconfigured, e.g. to modify the password, following the documentation here:
https://docs.opendaylight.org/projects/netconf/en/latest/user-guide.html#reconfiguring-an-existing-connector
then the device will first be disconnected, which causes it to be removed from portmapping and openroadm topology. This means information about used/available frequencies, etc., is lost. It should be possible to reconfigure a Netconf connection without losing information.
