 Description   

With the 10.1 service models, there is a support for the "optical-tunnel-create" RPC. Augment T-PCE which will enable the creation of "optical-tunnel" connection type and also create an "OC" service type for 400G bit-rate.

This story consists of:

  1. Enable 400G service rate for OC service-type
  2. Add code for "temp-service-create" RPC that will create an optical-tunnel connection-type
  3. Add code to enable "optical-tunnel-create" RPC.
  4. Notifications support.
