Handle the rpc and notifications associated with Alien Wavelength use case as defined in OR service model 10.1. This concerns mainly the creation of an optical tunnel in a RNC. RPCs and notifications to handle include :

_n-service-rpc-result (handle new notification types succesful-path-computation-resource-reserved & path-computation-failed")
_x-optical-tunnel-create (new rpc)
_n-optical-tunnel-created (new notification)
_x-optical-tunnel-request-cancel (new rpc)

This also implies to complete the path description and the description of services to include the results of the path computation (service/...topology/aToZ or zToA/computation-results)
