 Description

Migrate Inventory to MariaDB and create a docker file for the database so that it can be easily shipped with the official distribution ( MySQL  jdbc connector no more shipped with ODL)

SQLite is fine at that stage, but ATT wants to use stored procedures that are not possible with it.
Meanwhile, ODL started to ship MariadB jdbc connector and we created a docker file for the database, what allows to ship a useable fature in the distribution (as long as it is not activated by default) -> but this must be documented.

So OK to change this item and to shift from SQLite to MariaDB
