 Description

If I understand the logic in PowerMgmt.java correctly, if transponder power range does not exist, the power level is set to default -5dBm regardless of whether SRG Rx power range exists or not. But if transponder power range exists and SRG Rx power range does not exist, the power level is not set at all. Maybe I misunderstand something but this does not make sense to me. Either the power level should be set to -5dBm also in this case or it should never be set when SRG Rx power range does not exist.

It is a good point. We will fix the code to setup the default power on och interfaces when SRG range doesn't exists.
