 Description   

In the Fluorine release, we are hoping to implement an ALTO-based bandwidth resource management service on top of the path management and bandwidth monitoring provided in Oxygen.

The service should allow users to

  • query the resource constraints on a set of flows,
  • make application-level bandwidth allocation decisions, and
  • make bandwidth reservations for each individual flow.
