Summary
This is a request for Neutron Northbound project to join as a Managed project for the first time.

Healthy Community
Neutron Northbound project has been a part of ODL release and maintained as dependent of
several project like NetVirt etc.

Responsiveness
Most committers are active, subscribing to mailing list and JIRA. Weekly irc meeting is
held on feenode.net #opendaylight-neutron.

The project has 3 commiters and has been active and trying to keep integration tests
healty with OpenStack networking-odl contributors.

TSC Attendance
At least one of the committers will attend TSC meeting.

Checkpoints Submitted On-Time
Neutron Northbound project acknowledges that we're required to submit checkpoints on time. It has the history of submitting milestone report in the past.
