During discussions during MR application reviews, it became clear that a requirement for Managed Release projects people seemed to have in mind but we hadn't captured on the MR docs is that they contribute back to the rest of the ODL community. We expect projects to work with other projects for the good of the greater community, and to strive to contribute more cycles than they take. Should update the MR docs to capture this. Don't merge without a TSC vote.
