 Description   

Tested Build: RC1 06/17/2015 Build

Problem:
=========
When Hbase server has been restarted,during TSDR collection its(Hbase server) doesn't connect back to Controller

Waited for ~23 minutes,connection doesn't established between controller & Hbase server.

Since its fallback scenario need to be handled.

Usecase associated with above problem,
========================================
During the Hbase server down condition tsdr:list <Category> doesn't returns any value and Hungs the karaf console.
