For Oxygen, TSDR has 3 CSIT test errors that are being addressed. This Issue is created to document that work in the Tracking-Oxygen-Opendaylight spreadsheet. |

Thie defect is used for tracking the CSIT test failures. These fixes should be backported to Oxygen and Carbon. We will need to add the CSIT jobs back to releng/builder once they are fixed.
