This is to log (keep track of) the recurring task of creating RELEASE documentation. Documents such as milestones, release plans, etc. Some documents are required to be entered as an issue on Jira:TSC, others are just submitted as a patch to the docs repository. Please make a comment when release documentation is submitted. The comment should contain a brief description of the work and associated release name (Flourine, etc) along with meta data, if any, like links to Jira issues.
