This defect regenerated the bugzilla#3337.

Hence moving back to defect openstate

With time limit in Lithium release, we decided to remove the support for Group and Meter metrics from TSDR since the metric details shows null.

We've already checked in the patch set to hide these two categories of data from 'tsdr:list'.
