 Description   

Senario -
1. Add tenant
2. Add EVC - EPLAN
3. Link UNIs to EVC - C1U1, C1U2, C2U1
4. Send traffic -
C1U1 -> C1U2 => Flooding
C2U1 -> C1U2 => Flooding
C1U2 -> C1U1 => ODL knows all MACs - No flooding
5. Delete EVC
6. Unlink UNIs
7. Delete Tenant
8. Do 1. 2. 3. again
9. Send traffic (Same MACs like in 4.) -
C1U1 -> C1U2 => No flooding
C2U1 -> C1U2 => No flooding
C1U2 -> C1U1 => No flooding
ODL/OVSs Remember the MACs from previos session
10. Wait X minutes -> ODL/OVSs forget the MACs from previos sessions
