Run traffic from c2u1 VLAN 200 to c2u2 - should be broadcast - PASS
Run traffic from c1u1 VLAN 100 to c2u1 VLAN 200 (CPEs leaned the mac from previous) - C2u1 VLAN 200 should get the packets - PASS

Step 2:
add new vlan to the ports and vlan on new port
