The bandwidth seems to work sometimes, but often is not updated properly. It may set itself to max speed or any of the other speed 1M,2M or 3M and refuse to change upon update. This happens even on a fresh EVC or upon update. |

This was caused because, upon UNI deletion Qos and Queues were not deleted from ovsdb. Hence, on new UNI creation it would end up with stale Qos and Queues in ovs, & ovsdb operational md-sal. Below patch fixes the issue: |
