Currently for same session the remote request will route to first remote controller when the request comes.so the remote controller will be changed depends the runtime status.But if those requests of one session are sent to different controller, then the usc agent will create different sessions with the application server, then for some application like Netconf will have some problems, since it is not stateless request.So it should use same controller to keep same session.
