The VPNSERVICE team is working on changing the port to 7744. The same has been documented in https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/Ports under Netvirt/VPNService. They are also checking with NetIDE of any possibility of port change.

What's the status with this one?

VPNSERVICE has dropped out of Boron. Retargeting this bug for Carbon instead:

Do we know if the code causing this problem moved somewhere else or is actually gone from Boron?

Comment by A H [ 01/Sep/16 ]

As part of movement of VPNservice to Netvirt this port change was done in Netvirt/VPNservice [2] and is reflected on the wiki [Port 7744]. VPNService has dropped out of boron so no concern [3]. This will be an issue anymore in Boron [4].

Changing the priority to Normal, since it is no longer a blocker issue for boron.

The differences between releases should probably be mentioned in the Ports wikipage: https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/Ports

vpnservice is no longer active
