There are a few configuration Paramaters for the VTN Manager Neutron implementation as seen here

Currently these paramters can be edited only from the yang file which is available in the system/oirg/opendaylight/vtn directort and the way is also not straight forward.the user will have to extract the yang file from jar and edit and add it back.

To avoid this, VTN has to support the data change listener for configuration and allow REST conf edit.
