 Description   

Unit tests in org.opendaylight.vtn.manager.internal package are unstable.
Because stubMode variable of TestUseVTNManagerBase is a static variable, the test results vary depending on the order of execution of tests.

The issue has been already fixed.
The patch for this issue was merged on April 22, 2014.
