 Description   

VTN Coordinator build takes long time because VTN Coordinator has so many tests.
In addition, some of these tests require so many system resources, such as
CPU time and memory. These tests may fail if they run on slow hosts.

Slow tests which make the build time long should be skipped by default.
The same thing can be said about the VTN Manager.

A patch was merged to both master and stable/hydrogen branch.

This patch skips tests which take long time unless "-Pintegrationtests"
option is specified to mvn.
