Thanks for catching this issue.

This issue was introduced by 56538704c48dbb6a4d4c952f849d73f47a8e6d72.
I am writing a patch to use unix_socket_directories for PostgreSQL 9.3 and later.

A patch to fix this issue was pushed.

This patch does not need to be merged to stable/hydrogen branch because the
VTN Coordinator in Hydrogen does not specify UNIX domain socket path.
