Description

VTN Manager sets an invalid error tag into RPC error result when an invocation of VTN RPC fails.

For example, the VTN Manager sets "DATA_MISSING" as an error tag into RPC result if the VTN specified by remove-vtn RPC input is not present.
In this case "data-missing" should be set as an error tag.
