 Description   

NamespaceBehaviour.Registry is not used in yang-parser-spi anymore (as of YANGTOOLS-1498) and is probably subject to evolution. Moving it to yang-parser-reactor as an internal construct exposes the fact it is an unnecessary indirection and it should be removed.
