 Description   

According to https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7950#section-7.16

A notification can be defined at the top level of a module, or connected to a specific container or list data node in the schema tree.

Currently only top level notifications are recognized while inline ones are not.

once the path is set correctly the issue is not reproducible.
closing as not a bug / cannot reproduce
