 Description   

Introduce YANGException to YANG-Common carry additional error reports for passthru functions.
between YANG enabled components or for implementations implementing semantics
specified in YANG / Netconf / Restconf components.

RpcError interface should be splitted into YANGError interface which defines
common error fields such as:

  • severity
  • tag
  • message
  • application-tag

YANGException will implement YANGError interface.
