A lot of code interacting with Module ends up taking its namespace/revision, combines it with something local and create a QName out of it. This is overly verbose and misses a natural opportunity for QNameModule reuse (which QName uses internally). Expose QNameModule to the outside world and deprecate the getters. |

The getters are not deprecated, as they are still useful in a lot of contexts. |
