Implement JSON Stream Reader,which will translate events to Normalized Node Writer, in order to write Normalized Nodes.

I am trying to modify JsonParser (which is already in sal-rest-connector) to parse json input stream to XML Document for which there are in yang-data-impl parsers|serializers to|from NormalizedNode
