Testing on the a later release, http://sn-bldsg.cisco.com:8080/jenkins/job/ODL-poll-integration/1451/ and able to make connections. So it's not a timeout of tests due to slow start. |

From logs it seems ODL started, so it points back to timeout issue or test trying |
