Unlike its binding counterpart, YangInstanceIdentifier cannot express additional properties of its underlying path. Specifically there is no way to preserve the information that the last PathArgument is of specific type – which means that if I use YangInstanceIdentifier#node(NodeIdentifierWithPredicates) to create the identifier and then use it in some related part, that other part has to explicitly cast getLastArgument(). |
