 Description   

Currently there is no easy way how to test DOMDataTreeChangeListeners (onDataChange) because the only way how to create DataTreeCandidateNode is using deprecated DefaultDataTreeCandidate and even this one does not allow to set modification type.

Create a set of test APIs that would allow easier way of creating this objects for testing.

We can take this up if more clear requirement details is provided
