 Description   

In Lithium work started on new more extensible YANG parser, which can support additional YANG serialization formats and could be easily extended to change
effective model based on extensions.

This parser needs to be integrated with schema repository tools, maven plugin
and other YANG Tools utilities which are used by other projects in OpenDaylight.
