Enumeration's restrictions: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7950#section-9.6.3 This means that model.util.type needs to grow the concept of {Bit,Enumeration}RestrictedType. |

The concept of RestrictedEnumerationType is already there, but assumes the set of allowed values remains the same. Hence this boils down to updating the associated builder. |
