Given that the upstream for java-concurrent-hash-triemap is dead for all intent and purposes, evidenced by lack of merges and releases of https://github.com/romix/java-concurrent-hash-trie-map/pulls. we need to fork this library. Import it into third-party, refactor it and adapt it to Java 8, |

The fork is merged, but not packaged in a feature or advertised in -artifacts. Packaging needs to be finished (one patch), yang-data-impl needs to be switched to use the new implementation (second patch) and the effects need to be benchmarked (controller's ds-benchmark). |
