 Description   

Either we should correct something or this message is not a INFO message. What does is actually mean? I see the date not aligned here. Such messages make ODL slow at the startup.

This requires rework which is not appropriate to backport to Boron. The situation is improved in carbon, with this being the final bit:

The disconnect is between the file-based guess of module/revision versus the actual module/revision contained in the text. Those messages have pretty much no impact on startup performance.
