 Description   

rovarga seeing the use of 2.1.0-SNAPSHOT in https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/75321/3/commons/quality-parent/pom.xml, I'm assuming that you are planning to release a 2.1.0 (non-SNAPSHOT) soon-ish?

Creating this issue so that we can plan for it on the new Neon-MRI JIRA Dashboard, and so that people who want to change 2.1.0-SNAPSHOT to 2.1.0 in their topic:neon-mri patches have an issue to watch. Please also update https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/Neon_platform_upgrade when it's released.
