 Description   

Due to historic reasons we have a separate subinterface of NormalizedNodeStreamWriter to support nodes with attributes.

Integrate support for attributes into NormalizedNodeStreamWriter and deprecate NormalizedNodeStreamAttributeWriter, as the integrated model requires opening/closing leaf nodes to communicate attributes.
