Epic Link: Anydata Support

 Description

With YANGTOOLS-978 defining the format of Anydata nodes, JSON codec needs to understand these. Add support for parsing and streaming Anydata to/from JSON-specific format, which can be normalized (through re-parsing the JSON stream).

https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/82256 shows one approach, which unfortunately does not quite work, as it's missing the parse part. As a first step, we need to define the format in which the snippet will be stored. A String might work as an inefficient starting point.
