Add support for  <a href="https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9357.html" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">RC9357</a>, which adds an extensible TLV, supporting up to 65536 additional bits.</p> <p>These bits are unused as of right now, but we can expect extensions to start consuming bits from it soon, for example <a href="https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-peng-pce-entropy-label-position-08" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">SR-MPLS Entropy Label Position</a>.</p> BGPCEP-1019
