Only then 43-bgp-opencofig.xml is applied, which means config subsystem is trying to close related modules. But the java code is not ready for that, which leads to failed transactions (similar to <a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/BGPCEP-267" title="PCEP plugin is possibly not chaining transaction well enough" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="BGPCEP-267"><del>BGPCEP-267</del></a>), <a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/BGPCEP-328" title="Immediate reconnects by BGPReconnectPromise" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="BGPCEP-328"><del>BGPCEP-328</del></a> and recently even "An exceptionCaught() event was fired, and it reached at the tail of the pipeline.", which seems to prevent BGP to recover (after config subsystem creates new modules).</p> <p>Operating System: All<br/> Platform: All</p> BGPCEP-333
