Configure an XRv(any peering device) with incorrect Management IPv6 address and configure BGP. The session will be in IDLE state and complain "No global IPv6 address configured" on the XRv.<br/> 2. Clean the BGP configuration on the XRv.<br/> 3. Correct the Management IP address on the XRv.<br/> 4. Reconfigure BGP configuration on the XRv.<br/> 5. The session gets established but starts flapping. Refer the PCAP file and karaf logs to confirm that a NOTIFY message is sent by the controller and it is not able to handle the session well.</p> <p>Operating System: All<br/> Platform: All</p> BGPCEP-668
