Change 87048 mass-converted YANG models to use -no-zone addresses. https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/c/bgpcep/+/87048 66b8611ab00a626167bf20556d7cbb5ec00ca124
Their revision date should have been changed and the code + other YANG imports adapted accordingly.

Also, given the scale of the change, it needs to have CSIT run.

Pros: This is YANG recommendation. The RESTCONF payload will remain the same. People (aware or not ) who used zoned addresses will have a chance to notice the migration.

Cons: JSON and XML payloads may need to update their revision date or namespace. JAVA API and Datastore contents may be affected (upgrade compatibility issue)
