[CONTROLLER-1088] Unable to build controller

i'm using steps from https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/OpenDaylight_Controller:Pulling,_Hacking,_and_Pushing_the_Code_from_the_CLI to install controller

everything is fine until build steps:
'cd opendaylight/distribution/opendaylight/' - there is no distribution folder

when i try to run 'mvn clean install' from root folder, then i get:

i'm using fresh install of debian 7.7.0 in virtual box, java 1.7.0_65 and maven 3.0.4
