[CONTROLLER-1270] Restconf breaks [Transaction Factory was closed...]

                <project id="10113" key="CONTROLLER">controller</project>

Checked out master branch of Lithium in the integration project, built the project, and ran karaf. Installed the following features:

odl-base-all
odl-restconf-all
odl-netconf-connector-all
odl-yangtools-all
odl-netconf-all
odl-netconf-mdsal
odl-config-persister-all

I added a netconf connector via the REST API, (and failed to do any netconf operations with an error about the yang-ext mountpoint not existing), so I restarted the controller. I tried to do a GET operation on :8181/restconf/operational/opendaylight-inventory:nodes and got this exception as a result.

I saw some exceptions related to mdsal-clustering and found out that somehow the feature odl-mdsal-clustering-commons was installed. I uninstalled that feature and restarted the controller. I did not experience the exceptions again. I did, however, experience the bug described at https://bugs.opendaylight.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3034 instead, but I think it's safe to say this one was a problem with the mdsal-clutering feature somehow getting installed (I'm guessing when I installed odl-netconf-mdsal)
</comment>
