[CONTROLLER-1276] Notification brokers does not properly scans notification listeners for implemented interfaces

Binding Notification brokers does not pick-up transitevelly implemented
notification interfaces if it does not implements interfaces directly.

E.g.
Foo implements NooListener
Bar extends Foo

If you register Bar the interface NooListener is not picked-up
and is not registered properly for notifications.
