When the restart of a remote server takes longer than 5 minutes, the netconf client does not reconnect to the server. The netconf client can not be triggered to reconnect manually - it either has to be reconfigured, or the controller must be restarted in order for the client to reconnect.</p> <p>The Netconf client which is configured for a remote server should be attempting to reconnect infinitely, with (for now) a fixed timeout.
