In some scene, we need some shard persistence on, some shard persistence off .

Granular persistence is supported at the Shard level however we do not provide the option to configure it externally.

I'm not sure if an enhancement bug exists for this - create one anyway and we can dup it later.

If you are interested in contributing a patch let me know and we can talk further about how to make it configurable.
